Upstream BOM 1.4.41.Beta2 issues

      I found several issues during upstream SB BOM 1.4.1.Beta2 testing:
      1. Missing artefact logback-access
      2. Why do we have logback in scope test?
      3. We have MySQL JDBC driver artefact in BOM, the question is why don't we have also mongodb driver and postgresql jdbc driver in BOM?
