There are bad file names and bad top directory names in ER2 build according to RHOAR BOM document:
rhoar-spring-boot-1.4.1.ER2-licenses.zip:

• filename should be rhoar-spring-boot-1.4.1.ER2-license.zip
• top level directory should be named rhoar-spring-boot-1.4.1.Beta1-license

rhoar-spring-boot-1.4.1.ER2-maven-repository.zip:

• top level directory should be named rhoar-spring-boot-1.4.1.Beta1-maven-repository

rhoar-spring-boot-1.4.1.ER2-src.zip:

• top level directory should be named rhoar-spring-boot-1.4.1.Beta1-src
