      From email:

RHTE will be taking place after the summer.
I am sending this email out, so we can coordinate sessions for the Cloud Native Track, and ensure we have presence and some awesome sessions for the field SAs and Consultants etc.

      Some guidelines:

      • There are "Product Test drive" sessions, purely for showcasing upcoming product/features and receiving feedback from the field. These were quite successful last year e.g. CodeReady and Satellite.
      • Sessions should be more technical of nature, since the entire Consulting wing is joining, hence ensuring they understand how they can use our products in their customer projects etc.
      • Further more there are labs, presentations, demo etc. More details in the thread beneath.
        3 RHTEs:
        APAC (Seoul): Sep 16-20
        EMEA (Vienna): Sep 23-27
        Americas (Orlando): Oct 14-18

Three pillar strategy sessions, six roadmap sessions
Alissa needs help sourcing names for both content developers and speakers for the 3 events
CFP portal will open on May 22 (tomorrow) until June 14
You will receive an email with the link and RSVP code (it's also in the slides)
If you have a particular mailing list you'd like added, please let me know!
Review the Steering Committee Output topics to align your sessions as much as possible
All RHTE labs will coordinate with the GPTE team in terms of planning/infrastructure needs
      Use RHPDS!
Work as teams to submit sessions to limit duplication!
Think about ways to make this an exchange!
      Test-a-thons
      Feedback sessions

NOTE: Those submitting hands-on labs will need to run your lab on RHPDS and plan to coordinate with the GPTE team so that we can plan our infrastructure for the event
Labs will have a completion date of August 1st

We expect a lot of submissions this year, so please be sure to read up on the Submission Guidelines to ensure your content aligns with that we’re looking for! Once you’ve reviewed the submission guidelines and session types, navigate to https://rhte2019.eventpoint.com/ and enter the RSVP Code “RHTE19”.
