SB2 boosters fails on heath check

      Boosters with spring-boot-2.1.2.ER1 does not react to heath URL neither to the

      /health
      

      nor to the

      /actuator/health
      

      Which causes the booster's deployment to fail, because openshift cannot find the boosters ready.

      Also deploying the booster with FMP

      mvn clean fabric8:deploy -Popenshift
      

      (as described in link doc) points liveness and readiness probes to the /health URL (which should not work in SB2). This was tested on the health-check booster, tag 2.1.2-1-redhat.
