Feature request description

When users run podman machine init --provider hyperv from a (non-admin) terminal we currently fail with:

Error: the first time Podman initializes a Hyper-V machine, it requires admin rights. Please run Podman as an administrator

We can instead automatically re-run the command as an administrator to avoid re-opening a new terminal.

Suggest potential solution

As done to automatically install WSL, we should propose to the user to automatically re-run the command as Admin (if he belongs to the admin group). If the user accepts a UAC prompt will appear and then podman machine init will be re-executed as Admin.
