Mount the host user's containers configuration directory to /etc/containers in the podman machine.

Enable podman machines to access container configuration files from the host by mounting the host user's containers configuration directory (e.g., ~/.config/containers on Linux) to /etc/containers inside the machine. This allows for sharing registries, policies, and other container configurations between host and machine.
