Switch AWS credentials authentication from current method to OpenID Connect in our upstream GitHub repositories.

This improves security and authentication management for AWS integrations used in our GitHub CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Note: Component field is empty because there are multiple TBD components that need to be determined.
