This story covers removing Intel Mac-specific code and build artifacts from Podman as part of the EOL for Intel Mac support in Podman 6.

Tasks:

• Remove Podman code specific to Intel Macs
• Remove any Intel Mac-specific tests
• Remove any references to Intel Darwin in the Makefile
• Remove creating of the universal and Intel Mac binaries. It should all be aarch64 only
