tests(podman update container all options v2) can be found : https://github.com/containers/podman/blob/232179ae988a2fc7c1b358f1cc529ad28929d755/test/e2e/update_test.go#L144 cpu.weight should be able to accept new value as well as old ones so

1. test will continue to succeed
2. old tests on crun can pass
