We are looking for a way to build Windows container images with buildah in order to ship via the Konflux release pipeline. This is to enable the shipping of CSI storage drivers for Windows nodes. At the moment users are having to maintain and deploy the Windows portion of the drivers themselves, which is not acceptable from a usability perspective.

Specifically, we are looking to ship a host process container
