Right now, Podman's on-web documentation lives in two places: https://podman.io/docs and https://docs.podman.io/en/latest/ - with the second being linked from the first. It would be nice if all of this was on a single, integrated page, so our documentation is easily accessible to new users.

This card covers investigating the feasibility of this. If it is feasible, implementation can be handled in a followup card.
