• We want to produce an improved user guide to onboard new users onto Podman

Why is this important?

• Podman's documentation situation is less than ideal and greatly hurts our new user experience

Scenarios

1. As a new user, I would like to have basic documentation on Podman and its most important features so I can begin using the tool.

Acceptance Criteria

• A new user guide is available to the public.
