Our Mac CI workers install a variety of tools via Brew to ensure they have everything necessary to run the tests. For the most part these installs are just "latest available" which has broken us in the past. We should improve to install known versions to ensure that a package update we did not control does not break our CI. This will require regular manual intervention to upgrade dependencies, however.
