Podman machine: Exclusively use zstd compression

      To simplify the logic of `podman machine` (and speed up machine boot time), we can cease accepting the varied compression algorithms we currently use and exclusively use zstd. This slightly increases disk usage but substantially speeds decompression (required on each boot) and removes the need to maintain per-machine-provider decompression logic.
