To enable container runtimes such as Podman and CRI-O to run WASM containers, we need to containerize the crun-wasm OCI runtime that allows for WASM images to be run without including an interpreter.

This card does not include packaging of a WASM runtime. A runtime is required to use crun-wasm. Such a runtime is presently packaged in EPEL; support for this is outside the scope of this card.
