Goal: 

• Write various kube events to the event journal so that and consumer of the journal can know the progress of playing a yaml file.  Events added will be documented in the man page.
• The events should be recorded both before and after the event occurs:
  • Downloading alpine image
  • Download alpine image complete
• All new events should be documented in the play kube man page.

Acceptance Criteria

The various events can be confirmed by running a play kube YAML.  The events to verify wil be listed in the man page.
