      User or Developer story:

      As a developer I would like start-secured-cluster.sh to not have dead code. There is currently some logic for how the monitoring pod is deployed depending upon if  the ACS is version 4.11 or later. When 4.11 is no longer supported the related if block should be removed.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      It should be possible to create a long running cluster
