Overview:
In the Clusters page "Cluster registration secrets", hovering over a button rendered as an [a] tag shows incorrect styling. This is caused by a trumps.css override for links that changes colors/styles on link-based buttons. This may affect other areas across the app wherever buttons render as anchor tags.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Button hover styles render correctly in cluster registration secrets
• [ ] Investigate and fix the trumps.css link override that causes this
• [ ] Verify no regressions on other link-styled buttons across the app
