Overview:
In Compliance scheduling, the weekly/monthly schedule options don't allow selecting days in the "On day(s)" dropdown. This may share a root cause with the VM Reporting schedule dropdown issue (ROX-33496).

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Day selection works for weekly and monthly schedule options
• [ ] Verify fix alongside VM Reporting schedule fix (may be same component)
