Overview:

The goal of this solution is to provide a wizard-like experience for all platforms, with extra hand-holding and guardrails.

Still under discussion whether we want to implement this in addition to the helm chart:

• design doc section
• slack thread

Acceptance Criteria:

If we do decide to do this, this section of design doc has the functional requirements.
Apart from that, we should add a kuttl test for it to gke-operator-e2e (install, check health, uninstall, check resources gone).
