Make sure that the dynamic plugin on the staging demo clusters (central + secured cluster) is available to the ACS team for continuous testing and demos.

• The infrastructure should be set up via ACS gitops.
• Let users login via Red Hat SSO similar to the staging demo Central.
• Users should only have read permissions on the clusters.
• Switch out the self-signed certs for publicly trusted certs (already done for the Central cluster, secured cluster still has self-signed).
