When we run a cursor, the name of the cursor is simply a random assembly of characters.  That makes it difficult to trace where the cursor came from and what it is in fact doing.  We should devise a cursor naming scheme that provides clues to the code path taken to get there with randomness tacked on instead of just a random string.
