The main VM page in the ACS dynamic plugin sometimes hangs indefinitely and is stuck on a spinning animation. The chrome debugger reveals that the underlying graphql request succeeded with the correct response.

To reproduce the issue, navigate to the top level Security tab of the ACS plugin. Then select various namespaces (to force a token refresh) and see if the page loads. In my testing, I was able to reproduce this issue after trying a dozen or so times.

Note that this problem was observed in the dynamic plugin, but may affected the main Central UI as well.
