Overview:

As part of the SRE handover, engineering will have to perform regular testing of the DR routines for ACS Cloud Service.

Acceptance Criteria:

A minimum solution would be to establish a fully manual test every 6 months, to stay compliant.
To prevent this from becoming a frequent chore on the ACS CS engineering team, we should strive to automate as much of this process as possible.
