Select queries those that go through the path of RunSelectRequestForSchemaFn do not automatically apply the SAC filter like all other usage of the search framework does.  It is up to the caller to add the SAC filter prior to making the call to the search framework.  

The application of SAC should be automatic like it is virtually everywhere else.
