Overview:
Self-serve exploration of the current Amplitude state to understand what data we have and identify gaps before interviewing stakeholders.

Tasks:

• [ ] Review which events are being received (Events tab)
• [ ] Check if page views are tracked consistently
• [ ] Review user properties captured
• [ ] Check for existing dashboards/charts
• [ ] Verify data retention period
• [ ] Check if session replay / heatmaps are enabled

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Document events that exist but may not be useful
• [ ] Identify gaps in tracking (pages/features with no events)
• [ ] Note data quality issues (missing properties, inconsistent naming)
• [ ] Summary ready to inform stakeholder interviews
