This ticket is about removing "unknown field" messages in  the oeprator log on every reconciliation.

It is not yet agreed upon how to do this. Ideas include:

• Creating the missing fields within ACS operator's status structs to please helm-operator.
• Introduce new reconciler options in helm-operator which can be used for disabling populating these fields.

The field in questions is "status.deployedRelease.name".
(+ "status.deployedRelease.manifest, but for that we can already leverage a reconciler option in helm-operator).
