The outcome of ROX-31744 VM Scale Testing shall include a document detailing how ACS' Virtual Machines Vulnerability Management feature performs under different loads and how different knobs that users can tweak impact the performance (e.g. CPU and memory of ACS services, VM report frequency and size).

This document can be the basis of the "System Requirements" section of the product documentation, helping customers dimension their ACS setup to accommodate their VM workloads (example).
