      The pre-requisites in the Readme files for the rhacs tekton tasks state:
      "This task requires an active installation of RHACS or Stackrox".

      This might be misleading for users in the sense that they could expect to have to install the RHACS operator and create CRs for that operator.

      The requirement is usually a running central, and the location where this central instance runs can be a different cluster than the cluster where the pipelines are running.

       

      The wording of this requirement should be clarified at lease for the following tasks:
