      The Virtual Machine Index Report Relay currently has an architecture that prevents integrating it with local-compliance to easily generate load, without requiring a k8s cluster. It should enable injecting the report reader/provider so that local-compliance provides a fake provider and a real cluster with vsock capabilities is not needed.
