Overview:

More and more customers are using ROSA HCP. It is also the default managed solution in AWS. However, ROSA HCP has some differences vs the other platforms we are supported ACS due to the lack of control-plane nodes to managed by Red Hat and not by the customer.

Given those limitations customers are asking:

• What's the existing support on ROSA HCP?
  • Currently our support page https://access.redhat.com/articles/7045053 says that Central is Not supported on ROSA HCP but ACS Support clusters is. Is this accurate? If not, support page needs to be changed.{}
• Are there any considerations that need to be taken in terms of recommended architecture?
• Are there any feature limitations?{}

Acceptance Criteria:

• Support page updated with information
• If there are feature limitations, there should be a note next to the feature documentation informing about the limitation.
