      This ticket covers eradicating nested kuttl+envsubst invocations from stackrox/stackrox.

      The groundwork laid here may also well help with https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ROX-31885 - it would be nice to use kuttl for installing operator in the operator-e2e tests instead of the gum+bash+shoestring solution we have now for babysitting OLMv0.
