According to the migration docs, many of these overrides likely no longer exist. The recommendation is to remove them if possible, which seems like the optimal approach and will ease future upgrades.

Chances are that all of these currently do nothing given the selector changes, but we need to either implement alternatives or delete if possible.

This is similar to the `pf-v5` utils described in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ROX-31764, but not exactly the same. This ticket is focused on non `v5` namespaced selectors in acs.css, trumps.css, and style.css.
