Active Vuln Management is not supported in scanner V4 at all.  As such the updated Image CVE data model does not support it either.  With both of those being the default the feature should be removed as it is inaccessible and provides no further value.  When the updates the Image CVE data model, this code became even more obsolete and should be removed.
