The manifest install method is now deprecated and will be removed in the future. Manifest install is currently done using the `roxctl {central,sensor,scanner} generate` command in the CLI, or by choosing the "Legacy installation method" in the RHACS portal. Users should switch to Operator or Helm installation.

Announce deprecation of the manifest install method, so that we can remove it in the future, possibly as early as ACS version 4.11.

An notice of the deprecation of the manifest install method appears in the CHANGELOG.md file in the stackrox/stackrox Git repository.
