ROX-31072 introduces a change to the Scanner V4 vuln report proto and deprecates the older fields. This change has (should have?) gone into 4.9.0. This change essentially doubles the size of the reports. We should consider removing the deprecated fields from the proto in 4.11 to minimize the Index Report and Vulnerability Report size.
