We need a way to display a "Dev preview" label similarly to what we do for "Tech preview". 

Caveat: virtual machines doesn't have a link in the side panel, but instead the horizontal navbar at the top of Vulnerability Management -> Results. Current plan is to add a badge next to the Title on both the Virtual Machine list view page as well as the Detail page.
