This ticket is a follow-up to a customer case.
According to the customer, the problem was caused by a trailing newline in the file payload of the declarative configuration secret.

When the configuration file contains a trailing newline at the end of the file, the decoding process fails, preventing the conversion of the file content into configuration objects.
