      Our existing bi-monthly test of ACS stable tests on nightly OCP 4.16. It may be good to test on an older stable OCP, but we should pin it (not nightly ocp) and then we can move that forward when we are ready for a new baseline. Also, the config can move to be alongside our other repo-branch-based tests under ci-operator/config/stackrox
