How do we manage the feature-flag in those tests ? AFAIK, changing a feature-flag in tests mandates to create a new cluster, which is quite heavy. Can we just turn on the feature for all the tests ?

• When: a process is spawned before baseline learning ends

  • this process is in the baseline
  • the baseline is locked
