      Occurred during the ACS operator upgrade to 4.8.2.

      panic: retry timer is expired: ERROR: cannot delete from table "versions" because it does not have a replica identity and publishes deletes (SQLSTATE 55000)

      This is a test tenant that uses the newer version of postgres with the blue green RDS deployment.
