This is to address a problem that GitHub may not display the tag event's build status and it's also hard to do that from Konflux (see https://spaces.redhat.com/spaces/StackRox/pages/664405746/Handling+tagged+builds+on+Konflux ).

Nice-to-have, but likely unreliable: to give pipeline names (or links) to the pipelines that failed.

Alternatively, perhaps much better, is to make Slack notification task highlight cases of tagged failures.
