       Goal Summary:

Make engineering-led improvements to underlying systems to enable ACS to build safe, reliable, scalable high-availability features that can be marketed to customers. These improvements focus on optimizing Central startup and internal data processing to enhance system responsiveness and efficiency.

Goals and expected user outcomes for the release:

      • Central becomes available to users immediately after startup, without waiting for internal caches to finish loading.
      • Deployment ranking is initialized more efficiently, using fewer database queries and less system resources.
      • Users (primarily platform operators and administrators) experience faster response times and smoother access to dashboards, alerts, and analytics.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Central starts quickly and is available to users immediately, even if internal caches are still loading.
      • Internal caches populate in the background without affecting Central functionality.
      • Deployment ranking is initialized efficiently, using fewer database queries and less system resources.
      • All existing features (dashboards, alerts, analytics) continue to work correctly.
      • System improvements maintain reliability, performance, and scalability standards.

      Success Criteria or KPIs measured:

      • Central startup time is noticeably faster.rs.
      • No functional regressions observed in dashboards, alerts, or analytics

      Use Cases (Optional):

      • Normal scenario: Operator restarts Central → Central is immediately available → caches load in the background → dashboards and alerts update correctly.
      • Scale scenario: Cluster with large number of deployments → deployment ranking initializes efficiently → system remains responsive → dashboards and alerts reflect correct data.

      Out of Scope (Optional):

High-level list of items that are out of scope. Initial completion during Refinement status.
