After the golang gRPC upgrade to >=1.67 in 4.7, multiple customers were impacted by a behaviour change from the library (preventing gRPC connections from getting established, and blocking communication between sensor and central among others).

This ticket covers the deactivation of the undesired behaviour by adding a deactivation flag in the central and sensor container environments.
