We should store snapshot and Release CRs which was released in the operator-index repo. Snapshots can be expired and they contain important details about preformed release. So it's better save them in the repo to see what was released even if snapshots was already purged from the Konflux cluster. 

We should save only prod release snapshots and CRs. And only if release was successful for all OCP versions. 

Change ./scripts/generate-releases.sh file to also copy a snapshot for the release.

Add a note in the README that after performing a release the snapshot and Release CR should be saved to the repo.
