Engs and PM use email integration in ACS to demo features.

In the scope of this story:

• setup an email server that demo notifications can be sent through
• Modify the openshift-4-demo flavor to ...
  • allow users to configure an @redhat.com recipient (personal or group) while falling back to a default recipient
  • configure the email integration to the email server
  • configure email alerts for a specific policy (TBD)
