I'm creating this task to contain the discussion and see if the request is feasible.
For the RHACS product, the support process currently is this:
- RHACS - covered by sbr-shift-security
- RHACS CS - covered by sbr-shift-hosted
Given the large amount of overlap, the sbr-shift-security often covers RHACS CS cases, and we don't have access to Central logs, meaning that we have to request them from someone from rh-ee-mhess team. (See here and here for examples).
In addition, we are currently pushing to have the entire RHACS product (self-hosted and hosted) covered by a singular sbr. This is still a WIP.
The ask is this: can sbr-shift-security support engineers get access to pull Central logs for RHACS CS support cases?
