Falco recently underwent a big refactoring, moving all code involving container engine metadata recollection into a [separate plugin|https://github.com/falcosecurity/plugins/tree/main/plugins/container.] In order for collector to be able to distinguish between host and container events in an efficient manner, as well as collector k8s metadata we will need to integrate this plugin or implement our own.
