SearchRawDeployments and SearchListDeployments make 2 calls to the database.  1 call to get the IDs and then a separate call to get the data.  There are times where we want to get the IDs to do stuff, but in instances like this function we simply want the data.  As such we should simply get it in a single call instead of making 2 calls and putting unnecessary pressure on the database.
