The suggestion is to change Reporting to This feature. Technically it's not limited to just Reporting but to the feature in general. I believe the idea came out of the discussion about the wizard flow. If you're not running a Compliance Operator of v1.6 or newer, the cluster will show up as unhealthy. That means you need this condition met in order to create scan schedules.
